Oversees the operation of the Slot Department during assigned shift. Ensures good quality customer service to Cage/Slots Department. Handles cash transactions and provides Clearly Supervisor Customer Service to guests.
DUTIES: Responsible for ensuring the opening and closing of games, including completion of all required reports. Responsible for scheduling staff, handling employee disputes and training new employees. Responsible for signing in and out necessary keys for assigned shift. Providing assistance to new customers on game rules and operation of machines. Performs all duties in accordance with Clearly Superior Customer Service standards. Maintain custody of the Cashier's inventory of currency, coins, tokens, forms, documents and records transactions accurately at cashier's station or as Floor Attendant. Performs cash transactions and provides floor support as necessary. Cashes out jackpots under the direct supervision of the Shift Manager. Effectively, efficiently and professionally communicates with coworkers using a radio. Perfoms basic troubleshooting on Player Terminals.
QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma or GED. Retail or customer service experience required. A minimum of 2 yrs. gaming experience or supervisory experience required. A minimum of 2 yrs. large volume cash handling experience is preferred coupled with a fast-paced business environment.
