Responsible for providing consistent, courteous service to all Hotel guests, ensuring spectacular customer service is achieved and maintained through responding to guest requests.
DUTIES: Maintains a working knowledge of the Suquamish Clearwater Casinos property, as well as special events, on the property or within the immediate locale. Responds to guests' requests, concerns, inquiries courteously and promptly. Assists guests with ground transportation, airline reservations, secretarial needs, and makes recommendations for entertainment keeping the casino's events as a top priority. Maintains relationships with outside companies for services to facilitate quality of service for guests. Maintains a guest request log. Possesses a working knowledge of room rates and types, locations, package plans and information pertinent to PME's operation (Retail outlets, Kiana Lodge, etc.). Arranges VIP amenities for suites. Provides additional support front office personnel as required.
QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent with two (2) years of hospitality experience, preferred. CPR Certification Valid Driver's license, preferably CDL.
