Preps and prepares all menu items and coordinatoes the special of the day in consulation with the Deli Manager. Keeps the Inventory Clerk appraised of supply requirements.

DUTIES: Ensures all hot foods and soups are properly stored and temperatures maintained according to health standanrds. Prepares food items on menu each day. Assists in preperation menu selections. Monitors inventory, maintains the work areas and kitchen equipment in a sanitary manner consistant with health codes. Adopt and use "clean as you go" approach to the cleanliness.

QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred. Must have a minimum of 1 year of cooking experience in a fast-paced food venue.
