SUMMARY: Through daily experience and training will gain the skills necessary to assist Manager with the daily operations of the retail location. Responsible for overall operation of retail unit in absence of Manager.

DUTIES: Assists in training all site personnel on procedures and policies. Provides Clearly Superior Customer Service and sets an environment in which employees understand and strive to follow. Prepares weekly schedules in accordance with sales projections and budget requirements, under the direction of the site manager. Assists the site manager in the employee selection process following the company's process. Provides input to the manager on all aspects of performance management. Responsible for inventory tracking and maintaining accurate counts at all times. Responsible for order supplies and products and works with suppliers in the absence of the manager to leverage the profit margin. Supervises personnel in absence of Manager. Responsible for overseeing completes accurate bank deposits and audits transactions to ensure compliance with cash handling procedures. Provides information on products and services to patrons. Responsible for decisions concerning products and services of the Retail Outlet, in absence of Manager. 

QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma or GED required. Some management and supervisory training helpful. Prefer prior business/sales experience.  Must be 21 years of age with a valid driver's license.
