Provides exemplary customer service to guests at banquet funcations. Sets tables, serves food and beverages to banquet guests, cleans tables and surronding areas.
DUTIES: Responds to the needs of the dining room guests. Reviews banquet and event orders while preparing for event. Serves as a bartender during events. Responsible to execute the BEO details to include setting tables and theming of the room. Returns the room to its original pre-function set up and/or preparing for the next event. Completes a pre-event task in an efficient manner (i.e., silverware polishing, napkin folding, etc). Adheres to the highest uniform and dress code standards recognizing the enhanced ambiance of a catered event.
QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or GED. Some food preparation training helpful. This position requires 1 year of food handling experience, preferred. A combination of service related experience and skills may be substituted for the 1 year requirement. Food handlers card required. Must successfully obtain a TIPS card within 60 days of employment must be 21 years of age if fulling bartender duties, otherwise, 18 years of age.
