Provides Clearly Superior Service in the poker room while dealing all poker games as authorized by the approved Internal Controls, while following department procedures and Class II regulations.
DUTIES: Greets each guest by name and welcomes them to the game. Deals 30-40 poker hands per hour as prescribed by department guidelines and intricacies of the game being dealt. Collects appropriate department revenue (rake) and Player Supported Jackpot funds (if any) from each hand dealt. Awards the pot to the winning hand or hands. Maintains the table and room in a clean manner. Notifies the Manager or Lead of any irregularities in customer play or other transactions during the shift. Assists in maintaining table lists.
QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or GED preferred. 1-year previous dealing experience or successful audition to demonstrate skill level. Ability to communicate effectively with guests and other employees.
