Assists the CSO Department Management with administrative requirements in all areas and aspects of the department.

DUTIES: Accurately and regularly prepares, complies, reviews and verifies the source of gaming data. Maintains current and organized electronic and manual filing system. Provides superior one-on-one executive support          (anticipate needs and is proactive). Maintains accurate procurements and inventory system for the department. Assists the Slot Management with day-to-day coordination of the department's activities. Performs specialized and technical clerical work including but not limited to memos, NOE review, staff scheduling and filing. Coordinates responses to guest comments and logs them. Order office supplies and all printed/materials/forms. Assists in the coordination of promotions. Demonstrates a keen ability to protect confidential and proprietary information. Maintains gaming documentation in accordance with the state compact, MICS and internal controls. Provides gaming floor support as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma or GED equivalent required. Some business/administrative or gaming experience preferred.
