SUMMARY: Responsible for the coordination, completion and compliance of all government, regulatory and operational documents for Port Madison Enterprises.

DUTIES: Reviews, updates and assists all departments in following existing Internal Control policies and procedures for Compliance with TICS, NIGC, MICS, Tribal-State Compact and Treasury Department Title 31 following existing process. Updates and develops new policies and procedures when required with responsible department head. Responsible for Title 31 Program and Compliance to include but not limited to Annual Risk Assessment, Training Program, policies and procedures, know your customer program and committee. Keeps management aware of changes in industry and regulations and ensures program is promptly updated. Responsible for daily audit for Title 31 and reviews for suspicious activity. Responsible for training of all required staff in Title 31. Track and distribute all NOE, Audits and Violations. Looks for trends in errors and provides information to Departments on regular basis. Regularly audit department policies and procedures for compliance. Maintains documentation of NOE, Audits, and Violations for required period. Maintains documentation of Title 31 Compliance for required period. Back up for other admin personnel as requested. Other duties as assigned by the Executive Team or PME Board of Directors.

QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or GED required. Management and leadership training is required. A Bachelor's degree in administration or accounting is desired. Must be able to demonstrate regulatory technical writing skills. A minimum of five or more years of gaming compliance, gaming regulatory or Title 31 experience required.
