SUMMARY: Responsible for the overall management of the Cage Slots Operations Department while complying with all applicable company and gaming regulatory requirements.

DUTIES: Operates the CSO Department according to the department's policies and procedures, MICS, State Compact, Appendix X & X2, Tribal Internal Controls Standards and Title 31. Develop policies and procedures for the department including outline for implementation and training of personnel. Responsible for all areas of performance management to include, hiring, training, employee evaluations, coaching and corrective action throughout the department. Responsible for the development and execution of the department budget to include profit and loss analysis review. Oversees the preparation of all reports and documentation used to track profit and loss and makes recommendations to Executive Management on trends, revisions, etc. Prepares and reviews all financial data related to the operation of the slot machines. Establishes and maintains all second party cash procurement systems. Works diligently to coordinate, secure and negotiate service contracts, which best serve the needs of PME's business endeavors. Works cooperatively with the Legal Department to ensure contract compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or GED required. Management and leadership training is required. Business/Accounting degree/certificates are highly recommended. A minimum of five or more years of Slots, Casino Cage experience and high volume cash handling required.  A minimum of five years of supervisory/management experience required.
