SUMMARY: Works directly for the Casino General Manager and Assistant Casino General Manager performing administrative tasks.  Coordinates with Department Managers regarding equipment and special events as directed.  Responsible for scheduling training, travel and other activities for Department Managers as directed.

DUTIES: Responsible for all administrative activities as related to the Administration offices. Coordinates special projects at the direction of the Casino General Manager and Assistant Casino General Manager. Maintains files for the Casino General Manager and the Assistant Casino General Manager. Schedules travel, training and maintains calendars as requested for the Department Managers (i.e., MOD, Timeline for special projects). Makes all PME travel arrangements and approved purchases as directed by the Casino Assistant General Manager through the utilization of the company credit card (not to exceed $25,000). Drafts correspondence and other documents for the Casino General Manager and Assistant Casino General Manager. Distributes pay stubs, pay checks, and information items bi-weekly to PME personnel. Assists PME General Counsel with contract administration and filing. Stamps checks on behalf of PME Board President, as directed by the Casino General Manager (not to exceed $25,000).

QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or GED required.  Associates degree or equivalent preferred.  Additional business and administration experience preferred.  Some leadership or management training helpful.
