SUMMARY: Responsible for the daily operations of an assigned store, the staff, inventory and presentations.

DUTIES: Hire, train and schedule qualified sales associates. Train and direct staff on merchandising and selling techniques. Locate reputable and appropriate merchandise for profitable sales. Maintain inventory based on seasonal demand. Implement and maintain tracking records for accounting procedures, and monthly inventory for tracking of inventory. Create and / or approve displays for merchandising. Ensure operational maintenance is performed. Ensure Clearly Superior Customer Service is given at all times by staff.

QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma or GED required.  Undergraduate degree in business related field desired.  Previous retail experience helpful or two years of art school or related merchandise training/experience. Two or more years of supervisory or management experience required.  Proven track record of successful negotiations with suppliers.
