SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Marketing Director, position will be responsible for managing projects related directly to entertainment and special events.  Expected to enhance the Marketing Department, and / or other PME holdings, through entertainment that translates to added visits, revenue, and reputation, while enhancing the guest experience by performing duties directly related to entertainment, promotions, Special Events, VIP Events and any other event necessary event related to job.  Responsible for scheduling and delivery of all entertainment events for Port Madison Enterprises, while ensuring that all guests receive Clearly Superior Customer Service.

DUTIES: Responsible for managing all entertainment events for the company, to include search, recommendations, scheduling and completing contract requests. Provides day-to-day operational support and recommendations for the successful execution of all entertainment events. Assisting in overseeing the departments entertainment budget. Collaborates with all departments prior to events to ensure staffing needs are met. Monitor and report on effectiveness of entertainment events. Responsible for preparing invoices for billing of all events. Assists with coordinating advertisement needs for events.

QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 4 years experience working in the entertainment industry, managing entertainment and events. Three (3) years of experience in event management. High School diploma or GED required. Undergraduate Degree in Marketing, preferred (related experience may be substituted)
