SUMMARY: Supports in-house training function with a variety of duties including preparing, scheduling, and administering and recording training.

DUTIES: Works closely with the in-house trainer to provide a seamless learning environment for employees. Delivers New Employee Orientation, including Harassment Prevention, Emergency Evacuation, and the Clearly Superior Customer Service program. Schedules staff for training and events via e-mail, memos, announcements and/or notices. Coordinates training room reservations. Assembles training manuals and training materials for all courses. Records employee training in excel or HR database. Support Training & Development manager with the research, design and facilitating of all programs and media. Assists with revising training curriculum with current information. Assists with the overall Human Resources office duties.

QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma or GED required. Some office or business training preferred. Minimum of two (2) years, verifiable, successful training preferred. Excellent computer skills.
