Summary: Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operation of Club Clearwater (CCW) including providing Customer Service by promoting membership, creating & replacing CCW cards, resolving point disputes, ensuring guests receive "Clearly Superior Service," data input (maintain accurate player data), and daily reports. Responsible for assisting with the monitoring performance of all CCW staff and insuring training and promotional information is disseminated.

Supervisory: CCW Employees under the direction of the Marketing Manager

Duties: Coordinates with the department manager on disciplinary issues. Responsible for weekly scheduling in CCW while insuring customer service is paramount. Oversees and assists with all CCW Lead functions. Assists in the coordination and implementation of the area's procedures and techniques Coordinates training for the personnel either through the In-House Trainer or through department management.

Qualifications: High School diploma or GED required. Three (3) years of administrative assistant experience or training required. Some Leadership or Management training helpful. Knowledge of computer software is required. Experience in sales or marketing helpful.
